Price include any services you pick from our drop lists. Services you can choose are Meet and assists, transfers, tours, hotel accommodation, and admission fees to sites.
What are the benefits of building your own tour online?
Building your own tour online enables you build the tour that you like with the budget that you wish. Process is made easy and in few steps you get your tour package ready.
When can I pay?
When you book your tour you will be asked to pay for the services to guarantee the booking for you and get your services confirmed.
Can I cancel the tour if I already booked and paid?
Yes you can cancel your trip up to 30 days prior to arrival without any fees. If less than that there will be a fee as per the terms and conditions for each tour.
Is it recommended to add any tour on the arrival or the departure dates?
Usually we dont prefer to offer any tours on the same day of arrival and/or departure so that you dont have to cut short your touring day due to late arrival or early departure.
The overnight stay is limited to either Jerusalem or Tel Aviv. Can I stay in another city?
Unfortunately this is not possible right now but maybe in the near future.
Will the tours be private or sharing with other clients?
If you book a private tour, then the tour will be exclusively for you with a private guide and a private driver. If you book a Seat in a Coach tour, then you will be joined by other clients.
When I get the confirmation, I noticed that the hotel will be (Hotel Name or similar), What are the chances that I get the hotel that I booked?
Confirming the booking in a certain hotel is subject to availability of the needed numbers of rooms at the time of booking. If the hotel will not be available, alternative one will be provided of similar standard.
What if my arrival or departure to / from Israel is not through Ben Gurion Airport?
This is not a problem. When you build your tour, choose no service is needed on the day of arrival or departure. And inform us in the special request space about your port of entry / departure and we will send you our offer for it. And then you can add it to your booking.
